Travel Conditions

The stated apartment prices apply to the number of persons (per apartment) included:  bed linen, hand, bath and tea towels, final cleaning, electricity, heating, private covered parking;

Breakfast basket: 15, - per person per day, children 10, - per day per child

Bread service: the price depends on the desired products

Travel conditions and cancellation protection

For each person above the standard occupancy per apartment we charge extra additional rates per day:

• Children from 0 to 3 years: 5 € (including cot)
• Children from 5 to 12 years: 15 € - children from 12 years 25 €
• Each additional adult 35 euros

Use of the washing machine on request

Tourism tax

The local tax is added to the listed price. This is EUR 1.55 per day per person aged 14 and over; Children up to 14 years old are exempt from the tax. The local tax is a municipal tax and is used for the development and maintenance of infrastructures and services and for the organization of cultural and sporting events.

Conditions

For a short stay of up to three days, an additional charge of 30 euros per night per apartment will be charged.

Guests staying up to 5 days will be charged EUR 20 per night per apartment.

On the day of arrival you can check into your apartment from 16:00.  You are welcome to inform you the day before if an earlier arrival is possible.

On the day of departure, we kindly request that you release the apartments by 10:00 a.m. to ensure that the following guests can check in on time.

When booking, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 150 euros per week.

The invoice can be paid in cash or with a debit card or credit card. Payment by traveler's cheques is not possible.

The reservation is binding as soon as it has been confirmed in writing from both parties. In the case of late arrival or early departure, the accommodation costs for the unused days will be charged. In case of cancellation at short notice (within 4 weeks before arrival) the guest is obliged to pay the accommodation costs of the stay in full.

You can cancel with us free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 70% of the travel sum. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price

Animals are welcome

Dogs can be brought on request and at an additional cost of 10 euros per night.
